Ultimate Boot CD v5.3.5 to zestaw około 150 całkowicie legalnych programów (rodzaj licencji każdego programu wymieniony obok nazw programów), a wszystko to na jednej bootowalnej płytce CD. Obraz ISO zawiera różnego rodzaju narzędzia diagnostyczne (dyski twarde, procesor, pamięć), naprawcze, czyszczące, odzyskujące utracone dane. Zestaw umożliwia też robienie kopii zawartości dysków twardych, łamanie haseł, odzyskiwania haseł i wiele innych (pełna lista programów poniżej).
Pobrany obraz ISO po sprawdzeniu zgodności sum kontrolnych, należy prawidłowo wypalić na płytkę CD.
Zamiast tego można też wrzucić go na pendrive jako lepsze i szybsze rozwiązanie.
